We can’t release a truck to a driver who is unable to physically produce the correct license for the class of vehicle they wish to drive. So please ensure your driver brings their license on collection day.
All Penske vehicles are equipped with a sophisticated telematics system. Customers can gain access to live GPS location functionality along with a suite of equipment and driver performance reports.
We encourage customers to link the vehicle registration to their own account. If that is not possible, Penske will pass through all costs related to road tolls to the customer on a weekly basis.

Most customers provide a Certificate of Currency from their broker. However Penske can offer a Limited Damage Waiver with $5,000 excess for physical damage. Talk to the Penske team for more details.
